1. Bespoke and Personalised Products

All products sold on TheGiftCorner.co.uk are custom-made, personalised, or bespoke items created specifically according to the customer’s instructions at the time of ordering.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Personalised names

  • Custom messages

  • Dates

  • Design customisation

  • Special requests made during ordering

Because each product is created specifically for the individual customer, the item cannot be resold or reused once produced.


2. No Returns Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products:

  • Returns are not accepted

  • Refunds will not be provided

  • Exchanges are not offered

Once an order has been placed and production has started, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.


3. Customer Responsibility for Personalisation

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalisation details entered at checkout are correct.

This includes:

  • Names

  • Spellings

  • Dates

  • Messages

  • Addresses

TheGiftCorner.co.uk is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer during the ordering process.

We strongly recommend reviewing all personalisation details carefully before placing your order.


4. Order Changes

Because items are produced quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that order changes or corrections can be made once the order has been submitted.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at:

If production has not yet started, we may attempt to amend the order at our discretion.


5. Damaged or Faulty Items

Although returns are not accepted for bespoke products, if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect due to our manufacturing error

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photographic evidence of the issue

If a fault is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

This policy does not apply to customer errors, including:

  • Incorrect spelling submitted during ordering

  • Incorrect personalisation details provided by the customer


6. Acceptance of Policy

By placing an order on TheGiftCorner.co.uk, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All items are custom-made and bespoke

  • The order cannot be returned or refunded

  • You have checked and approved all personalisation details before purchase
